Is it safe to buy cardboard boxes online at Telecajas?
Yes. Your security is a priority. Our website has an SSL certificate and complies with the PCI DSS standard. Both individuals and businesses can buy with complete confidence.
What payment methods do you accept?
Credit/debit cards (Visa, Mastercard, American Express), Shop Pay, Apple Pay, Google Pay, PayPal, Bizum, MB Way, Klarna and bank transfer. We issue invoices with VAT breakdown for companies and self-employed individuals.
What happens if my order arrives damaged?
It's not common, but if it happens, just send us some photos of the damaged product and we'll arrange for a replacement at no cost. For businesses, this includes replacing entire batches if necessary.
How can I track my order?
When it leaves our warehouse, you will receive an email with a link and tracking number to check the status of your shipment at any time on the transport agency's website.
What is your return policy?
You have 14 calendar days to return your order if you no longer need it, provided that the products are in perfect condition. Check all the details in our Return Policy .
Could there be delays during Black Friday or Christmas?
Yes, during periods of high volume, shipping agencies may experience saturation. Although this is beyond our control, we do everything possible to ensure your order arrives as quickly as possible.
What happens if my order is delayed?
90% of deliveries arrive within 24 hours , and the rest within 24-48 hours . If there is a delay, we will keep you informed and find a quick solution. Extraordinary delays do not generate compensation.
What is the shipping cost?
Free shipping to mainland Spain and Portugal on orders over €30 (VAT included) . For amounts less than this, the shipping and handling cost is €15.
Do you ship to the Balearic Islands, Canary Islands, Ceuta or Melilla?
Yes, we ship to the Balearic Islands. We currently do not serve the Canary Islands, Ceuta, or Melilla due to customs and transport costs. Our service covers mainland Spain and Portugal, plus the Balearic Islands.
How long does it take for an order to arrive?
Orders placed before 6:00 PM → delivery within 24/48 hours . - Friday: delivery Monday/Tuesday. - Weekend: Tuesday/Wednesday. An additional day may be added on public holidays or long weekends.
What is the minimum purchase amount?
The minimum order is €30 (VAT included) . Orders below this amount will incur a €15 handling fee.
Can I buy cardboard boxes online for my company at Telecajas?
Yes. We work with both individuals and businesses . We offer volume discounts, commercial support, and packaging solutions tailored to sectors such as e-commerce, moving, and logistics.
Do you offer discounts for large orders or businesses?

Do you issue invoices with VAT breakdown?
Yes. For all business and self-employed customer orders, we issue invoices with a breakdown of VAT, valid for accounting and tax deductions.
Do you offer customized boxes with my company logo?
Yes. We offer customized boxes with your brand logo or design printed on them. Request advice and a quote based on quantity.
What types of boxes do you recommend for e-commerce?
Depending on weight and fragility: single channel for lightweight products, reinforced double channel for heavy or fragile shipments. Also self-assembling and customized boxes to improve the customer experience.
Can you advise my company on the choice of packaging?
Yes. Our team advises logistics companies, moving companies, and online stores on selecting the most durable and cost-effective type of box based on volume, weight, and shipping frequency.
Is it possible to schedule regular deliveries of boxes?
Yes. We can schedule regular replenishments so you never run out of boxes. We agree on quantities, frequency and conditions.
Do you offer international shipping for businesses?
We currently serve mainland Spain, Portugal, and the Balearic Islands. For other destinations, please contact us and we will offer you alternative solutions.
