Saturday Deliveries
It is possible to receive a delivery on Saturday in Provincial Capitals paying a supplement of 20,00 € for orders made before 7.00 pm on the previous Friday.

In case of absent addressee, mistaken address, etc.
In case the addressee is not home at the time of delivery, a second delivery will be free. Three or more deliveries, incorrect addresses or other mistaken information will have a surcharge of 15,00 €.

Balearic Islands
The deliveries to the Balearic Islands will have a surcharge of 25,00 €

Return Policy
The merchandise can be returned within 48h of delivery with a 30% restocking charge. Customers must pay return transportation cost of the merchandise to our warehouses.

In case of early cancellation of the order Telecajas will return the total amount pay, decremented by 3% (min. 3€) due bank transfer commission fee.
