How to Place an Order

Placing an order on the web site is very easy and safe. In the same way as we go to a Supermarket, on the web site we find an empty Shopping Cart at the beginning and we will add items (“Add to Cart” Key) which we wish to buy in a transparent and intuitive way.

If you want to see what you have ordered click on Shopping Cart at the top of the page.

If you wish you can continue shopping.

Cómo realizar su pedido de cajas de cartón

Once you have finished choosing and you have checked what is in your cart click Shopping Cart and it will take you to a safe page where you can fill out your form of payment and the address for the delivery.

This is a safe page which means all the information is protected by SSL-128 technology (one of the most used methods of codifying in the world).

Delivery Process

» The deliveries are cost free on the Spanish Portugal Peninsula on the following work day as long as the order covers a minimum of ten cardboard boxes (any model), or the price of the order is over 19,90 €.

Saturday Deliveries
It is possible to receive a delivery on Saturday in Provincial Capitals paying a supplement of 20,00 €for orders made before 7.00 pm on the previous Friday.

In case of absent addressee, mistaken address, etc.
LIn case the addressee is not home at the time of delivery, a second delivery will be free. Three or more deliveries, incorrect addresses or other mistaken information will have a surcharge of 15,00 €.

Canary Islands, Ceuta and Melilla, Gibraltar and Madeira
Not possible at this moment

Balearic Islands
The deliveries to the Balearic Islands will have a surcharge of 20€ (VAT INcl).

Return Policy
The merchandise can be returned within 48h of delivery with a 30% restocking charge. Customers must pay return transportation cost of the merchandise to our warehouses. In case of early cancellation of the order Telecajas will return the total amount pay, decremented by 3% (min. 3€) due bank transfer commission fee.

Important:
There are certain circumstances (destinies located far from towns, difficult weather conditions, extraordinary circumstances and rush hour deliveries) when deliveries will be extended to 48/72 hours, with no possibility of complaint to Telecajas for this delay. Therefore, we recommend you place your order 3 days ahead of time.
