When will I recive my order?

Orders placed before 6:00 p.m. will be delivered in 24/48 hours

Note a: 90% of our deliveries are made in 24 hours, in the main cities of the peninsula, the non-delivery in 24 hours does not give the right to any type of compensation.

Note 1: Orders placed on Friday will be delivered the following business Monday/Tuesday

Note 2: Orders placed on Saturday and Sunday will be delivered the following Tuesday-Wednesday (when shipped on Monday)

Note 3: In the case of holidays due to the Bridge, it must be taken into account that the delivery may be delayed a few more days due to the non-existence of routes in the transport agencies
